Arch Booster

The arch boost was just what I needed for my high arches.

They are comfortible for me with high arches, especially in sandals which have less support by design.

I'm bowlegged, so my heel strike comes down supinated (on the outer edge of my heel), not pronated. I wear these arch boosters with the long side laterally, to prevent over-supination.

I love the Arch Boosters. I dealt with severe foot pain for over 40 years. I saw a foot specialist and learned I had a birth defect. Surgery could have been done, but I wasn’t thrilled how the procedure would be done and I wasn’t promised that I would have any more movement in in the foot, so a special orthotic brace was made.
With already wearing a woman's size 12W I was having difficulty finding a shoe to fit with the brace, so I called a Foot Solutions store and set up an appointment for a fitting. They got me fitted with a men’s size 11W, nothing famine, but it worked. They added spacers in one shoe, so that I didn’t have to buy two pairs.
After seeing the shoes I purchased were from OrthoFeet I went on the website and ordered a pair of famine woman’s size 12W shoes (with free return) and they fit perfectly. To my surprise the shoes, also came with spacers for both shoes and the arch boosters.
Summer came I wanted sandals, but awkward with wearing a brace. I bought a wider size shoe hoping the straps could be adjusted enough to fit. It did, but what was super amazing is that it came with the arch boosters too. I was able to lift the cushion insole and insert the booster into the sandal of my good foot, which is also flat footed. It felt great, so I put it under the insole of the other sandal and didn’t wear the orthotic brace. It was a miracle I could wear both sandals without the pain. Almost a year has gone by and I have only wore my orthotic brace twice. The arch boosters worked so great that I bought another pair to put in the shoes that I bought at the Foot Solutions store.
I maybe paying a little more for my shoes now, but the comfort and great customer service is well worth it. I wish I heard about OrthoFeet 40 years ago.

Very comfortable shoes. The arch booster really helps, as this shoe is so soft and comfortable. I used them under my Rx orthotic with good results.
